Yoga in Acquacalda

Yoga practice promotes a pathway of awareness of one's body, breath, energy and mind.

It is a practice suitable for everyone; through the execution of asanas (positions) we make our body more flexible and resistant and at the same time we act on our mind, our ability to concentrate and relax.

Schedules are still being finalised and classes will be held from July 2024, throughout the summer season.

You are advised to confirm your attendance by telephone. If you have a group of at least 4 people and would like to propose a different day/time, please contact us.

The practices are developed according to the needs of the participants.

IT IS NOT IMPORTANT TO ACHIEVE THE PERFECT ASANA BUT THE PATH THAT GUIDES US BY LEARNING TO LISTEN TO OURSELVES
